• Spearheaded the SCAPI integration for a mobile app initiative, architecting custom APIs that keep cart state synchronized in real time between the web storefront and the mobile app for a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Engineered a dynamic, polygon-based inventory routing and pricing engine: user coordinates dynamically assign fulfillment stores, localize pricing and update cart behavior in real time.
• Led the end-to-end integration with the Order Management System (OMS), owning technical documentation, development and rigorous testing.
• Specified and documented integration APIs with the OpenAPI 3.0 standard, including multi-step, multi-API call sequences described with the Arazzo specification for complex integration workflows.

• Harness engineering: repo-level CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md, hooks and guardrails so agents work reliably against SFCC cartridges, jobs and hooks.
• Agents & skills: custom Claude Code skills and subagents for recurring SFCC work — cartridge scaffolding, job configuration, SCAPI hook wiring.

Designed, structured and delivered a 20-session technical training program covering SFRA architecture, MVC patterns, HTML/CSS and advanced JavaScript, raising the team’s technical proficiency.

• Architected automated refund and subscription (recurring purchase) workflows, seamlessly integrating SFCC B2C with Fluent Commerce and MuleSoft via custom scheduled jobs to process customer-specific refund requests and recurring orders.
